Using the service
By creating an account, downloading the app, or using gymbout websites and share pages, you agree to these terms and to follow applicable laws.
You must provide accurate account information, keep your login secure, and only use the service for lawful training, competition, and community participation.
gymbout may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after a posted update means the updated terms apply.
Competition and fair use
You are responsible for the accuracy of your bout entries, verified lift submissions, profile details, and any content you upload or share through gymbout.
Do not misuse the service by cheating, harassing others, evading moderation, scraping protected data, reverse engineering restricted systems, or interfering with platform integrity.
gymbout may review content, remove submissions, adjust rankings, suspend features, or restrict accounts when misuse, fraud, or safety issues are detected.
Availability and liability
gymbout is provided on an evolving basis. Features may change, pause, or be removed, and uptime is not guaranteed for every region, device, or release.
To the extent permitted by law, gymbout is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, training decisions, or user-generated content.
